I unknown <br /> The primary hazards of each are identified as follows: <br /> 1. Hydrocarbon fuels Components of fuels are colorless liquids with strong aromatic petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon-like odors. They are'flammable and have low solubility in water. Exposure to <br /> these materials in excess of recommended exposure limits can cause mild eye, nose, and <br /> throat irritation and can produce a narcotic effect on the central nervous system. Symptoms <br /> of exposure at these concentrations include headache, nausea, drowsiness, dizziness, and loss <br /> of.coordination. Certain components of gasoline (BTE&X etc.) are known or suspected <br /> carcinogens. <br /> The following additional hazards are expected on site: typical work related to facility.
