Work Plan Addendum - July 1997 <br /> PIE Nationwide <br /> 2007 North Wilson Way, Stockton, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> In accordance with the request of Mr. Shanjibhai Ranchhod of PIE Nationwide, Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Work Plan Addendum for the collection of soil and <br /> ground water samples at 2007 North Wilson Way in Stockton, California: The scope of work includes <br /> the advancement of a minimum two soil borings at the site and collection of soil and ground water <br /> samples. The location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1 - Location Map. A plan of the site is <br /> illustrated on Figure 2 - Site Plan. <br /> This Work Plan is prepared in accordance with San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (CVRWQCB) guidelines for the investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites. <br /> 2.0. BACKGROUND <br /> 2.1. SITE LOCATION <br /> The site is located at 2007 North Wilson Way, on the northwest corner of the intersection of Wilson <br /> Way and Bishop Road, San Joaquin County, California (Figure 1). The site is further described as <br /> being located within the southeast quarter of Section 30, Township 2 North, Range 6 East, Mount <br /> Diablo Base and Meridian (Stockton West Quadrangle, 7.5-Minute USGS Topographic Series, <br /> photorevised 1987), <br /> The property is currently occupied by a vacant warehouse building structure. The surrounding <br /> property is primarily commercial and residential. <br /> 2.2. INITIAL INVESTIGATION <br /> It is our understanding that one 15,000-gallon diesel UST was removed from the site in August 1991. <br /> Total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as diesel (TPH-d) and volatile aromatics (benzene, toluene, <br /> ethylbenzene and xylenes: BTEX) were detected in soil samples collected from the floor of the <br /> excavation after the UST removal. <br /> 2.3. REGIONAL GEOLOGIC SETTING <br /> According to the Geologic Map of California, published in 1977 by the State of California <br /> Advanced GeoEmiromiiental,Inc. <br />
