k �l 1 Advanced it I� GeoEnvironmentat, Inc. =o= of Northern California 28 October 1997 AGE-NC Project No 97-0330 OCT 2 9 1997 Mi Steve Sasson ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH PERMIT/SERVICES San Joaquin County PHS-EHD 304 East Weber Avenue, 3`a Floor Stockton, California 95202 Subject Addendum to Site Assessment Report - September 1997 PIE Nationwide - 2007 North Wilson Wray, Stockton, Califoi nia Deai 1\1i Sasson As discussed in our phone conversation on 09 Octobei 1997 revisions have been made to Figure 3 - Geolcgical Ctoss Section A A ' and to the booing log for soil boring P-4 The revisions are enclosed ),vith this cover letter and should be included as an addendum to the Site As.sessnrenl Report - Sepleinhei 1997(dated 26 September 1997) Iii accordance with N our request, Table I -Analytical Resuhs of Soil Scanples and Figure 4 - Appioiinlale Extent ofDissolved IPH-d are enclosed with this letter and should be included as an addendum to the Site Assessment Report As part of initial site characterization requirements under the California Code of Regulations - Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2654, Adianced GeoEnvironmental Inc (AGE) has conducted a receptor survey for PIE Nationwide (site) located at 2007 North Wilson Way, Stockton, California A receptor survey was performed to identify any city, domestic, irrigation or monitoring water wells located within a 2,000-foot radius The following is a summary of the findings of the receptor survey • Drinking water near the site is currently supplied by the City of Stockton municipal well system According to a map of City of Stockton municipal wells (dated 1996) supplied by California Water Service Company (Cal Water) one municipal well (Station 7) is located approxiinately 800 feet east of the site (Figure 5- Receptoi Sw ivey) Additional municipal tiNells in the search aiea were not identified and located fioin the Cal Wjatei map • Repi esentatives of AGE performed a i econnaissance of visibly observable receptors within a 2,000-foot radius of the above referenced site One agricultural water well was located approximately 1,200 feet north of the subject site No othei visible receptors were rioted duinig the reconnaissance • A representative of AGE conducted a search of well drillers' reports for the surrounding area at the California Department of Water Resources Drillers' reports were found for the 1803 West March Lane, Suite A, Stockton, California 9520,&,anCed GeoFn.ironmeot d,Lic Telephone(209)956-0264 FAX (209)956-0700
