Local depth to groundwater is currently at approximately 44 feet bsg. Historical <br /> groundwater low in the area was at approximately 80 feet bsg in 1993 and high at <br /> approximately 40 feet bsg in 1986 according to San Joaquin County Flood Control and <br /> Water Conservation District Line of Equal Depth to Groundwater publications. <br /> Groundwater does not appear to be impacted. PHS/EHD has determined that active <br /> remediation and the submission of a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) as directed in a letter <br /> dated April 3, 2000 is not warranted at this time. <br /> Submit a closure report complete with a calculation of the contamination mass balance <br /> remaining in the ground to PHS/EHD by October 15, 2000. The report should also <br /> include a 2000 feet well receptor survey complete with a map showing the well locations <br /> with respect to the site location, any known well construction details, and any information <br /> on pumping rates of the wells.
