Alaniz, John
From: Ron Alexander <ralexander@reconserve.com>
Sent: Tuesday, July 30, 2019 9:31 AM
To: Alaniz, John
Cc: Keith Rudd
Subject: return to compliance certification
Attachments: return to compliance form 07302019.pdf
John Alaniz,
We are working to correct the violations as listed on the Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report
dated 7-16-2019.
They are as follows:
• The necessary request form has been completed and emailed for re-activation of our EPA ID (previously sent you
an email with verification of receipt)
• Searched for any and all manifests but were not able to locate or verify (only document is the one obtained on
the last shipment of waste oil in December of 2018, prior to this the EPA was inactive and could not get pick-
ups)
• New Hazardous waste labels have been procured and have been placed on waste oil container and used filter
drums (will have filter waste removed once EPA ID has been re-activated)
• Once the waste filters have been shipped we will maintain future waste per requirements of less than 180 days
Again, once the EPA ID has been re-activated we should have all old waste removed immediately. All new waste
generated will meet the labeling and storage requirements.
Thanks again for taking the time to explain the new requirement regarding outside contractors who remove waste from
our facility. We will be incorporating the document you provided with all vendors going forward.
Please see the attached return to compliance certification.
Regards, Ron
Thank You
Ron Alexander
General Manager
ReConserve of California-Stockton, Inc
704 Zephyr Street
Stockton, Ca 95206
Phone: (209) 982-5085
Fax: (209) 982-0290
i
