No corresponding address or well
construction details were included in the report . Submit
the address, and well construction details of "Well E" to
EHD.
Due to the irregular groundwater gradient flow directions
observed at this site, EHD requests a rose diagram depicting
quarterly groundwater gradient flow directions be included
in all future quarterly monitoring reports . EHD also
recommends contacting with the City of Stockton to identify
the location of sewer lines and storm drains near the site,
and any possible recent breakage of the lines that could
have contributed to the mounding effect reported in the last
five quarters .
Please contact Jeffrey Wong at (209) 468-0335 if you have
any questions.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Department
Jeffrey Wong , Senior REHS Margar t Lagorio, REHS
LOP/Site Mitigation Unit IV Supervisor
c : RWQCB, Central Valley Region - Marty Hartzell
c: Ground Zero - Gregory Stahl
