Operator <br /> separated oil filters put paper oil filters in oily solids container and placed the used metal filters in one container. <br /> Operator proceeded to put a start date of 7/18/19 and find a lid for the oil filter container. Corrected on Site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof <br /> container, labeled as"drained used oil filters,"and marked with an accumulation start date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the one 55 gallon container with used oil filters and ensure that all used <br /> oil filters are managed in this way. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
