In the maintenance <br /> shop: <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing oily absorbent(1/4 full)was missing the accumulation start date and the <br /> hazardous property. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing used antifreeze (full)had a hazardous waste label that was missing the <br /> physical state, hazardous property, accumulation start date, and the name and address of the generator. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
