The missing receipts include: <br /> 150 gallons California waste code 343, shipped August 23, 2017 <br /> 825 gallons used oil shipped August 23, 2017 <br /> 250 gallons used oil shipped Dec 19, 2017 <br /> 400 gallons used oil shipped Nov 27, 2018 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from July 22, 2017 to July <br /> 22, 2020 for all hazardous waste including used oil, used oil filters, and waste oily solids. Maintain the records on <br /> site for three years from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD). If the receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be <br /> maintained on-site for three years. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by August 22, 2020. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152). To schedule an appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> Documents provided during inspection: modified contingency plan form. <br /> Waste streams found: used oil, used oil filters, oily pads and boom from recent spill cleanup. <br /> Provide a copy of the disposal record to this department for the two bags of oily pads and boom generated by <br /> the spill cleanup on July 20, 2020. A dredge barge sank and was then raised to the surface. Some oily sheen <br /> was observed and cleaned up by Ross Island Sand and Gravel.
