All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> #4 Safety Equipment <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The safety ring site contained a rope that was not tied and deteriorating due to exposure to the elements. <br /> A new rope was provided and tied to the safety ring. Corrected on site. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Safety equipment shall be provided, maintained, readily visible, and available for use.Pools shall have at <br /> minimum one 12 foot fixed-length rescue pole with a permanently attached body hook and one 17-inch life ring with an attached throw <br /> rope. Throw rope shall be of sufficient length to span the maximum width of the pool and shall be stored to prevent kinking or fouling. <br /> (CCR 65540) <br /> #35 Flow Meters <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The flow rate meter is currently stuck. Replace or repair to ensure the flow rate meter is legible and in <br /> operation. Correct before next routine inspection. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Flow meters shall be provided on each recirculation system and shall be installed in accordance with <br /> manufacturer's specifications.
