Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not <br /> exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a <br /> licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the <br /> EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by September 11, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate($152). To schedule an <br /> appointment, please call (209) 468-3420. <br /> The following minor violations were corrected during the inspection: <br /> -The contingency plan was missing the contact information for the emergency coordinators, the location of all of <br /> the spill control equipment, the phone number for the fire department, and was not posted. There must be at least <br /> one emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the following <br /> information must be posted by a phone:the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of fire <br /> extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, <br /> unless the facility has a direct alarm. Immediately appoint an emergency coordinator and post the required <br /> information by a phone.
