Following is the information known to this Board regarding the
conditions remaining at.the site based upon our review of the case file and available
site reports:
1. All contaminated soil was remediated by a soil ventilation
system.
2. Ground water contamination is no 1 nger found because
the gasoline constituents were left on the soil particles as the
ground water levels dropped; thereby, allowing the soil
venting system to remove the gasoline as vapors.
3. Monitoring wells remaining on site continue to be
monitored annually and show'no e- idmce of gasoline
constituents.
Nothing in this certification shall.constitute a s tisfaction or release
from liability for any conditions or claims arising as a result of past,
current, or future operations at this site.
Nothing in this certification is intended to limit the rights sof,any parties with respect
to claims arising out of or relating to deposit, discharge, or disposal at any other
location of substances removed from this site.
Nothing in this-certification is intended to limit or preclude the Regional Board or
any other agency from taking any further enfoi cement actions).
