WORKPLM FOR SOIL BORING INVESfH ATM <br /> 707 E.Yosemite,Manteca,Callfornla <br /> The following proposed scope of work will be conducted according to the Aegis standard <br /> operating procedures included in Appendix A: <br /> • <br /> Drill, log and sample three soil borings to 15 feet below grade at the locations <br /> shown on Figure 1. <br /> • Collect soil samples every five feet, and screen the soil on site for petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons using a photoionization det ctor (PID). <br /> • Submit selected soil samples for analysis for total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH), <br /> as gasoline and diesel, and benzene, to uene, ethylbenzene and total xylenes <br /> (BTEX), by a state certified analytical laboratory. <br /> • Grout each boring to the surface with a bentonite/cement slurry. <br /> • Prepare a factual report summarizing the esults of the investigation. <br /> SITE SAFETY PLAN <br /> A site safety plan (SSP) has been prepared and will be on site during all field activities. <br /> A copy of the SSP is included as Appendix B All on site work will be conducted <br /> according to the SSP, which contains information on the properties of hazardous i <br /> materials known to be on site. <br /> The information contained within this workplan reflects our professional opinions, and was <br /> developed in accordance with currently available information and accepted geology, <br /> hydrogeblogic, and engineering practices at this time and for this site.
