(AGE)has prepared this report for-the-destruction of three single-completed monitoring wells <br /> constructed, of two-inch diameter PVC-Well casing-at '707 East Yosemite' Avenue, Manteca, _ <br /> `California(the site).'Site structures and former monito 'ng�well locations are depicted on.Figure 1. <br /> INTRODUCTIONBACKGROUND J <br /> Three single-completed two-inch diameter ground water monitoring wells(MW 1 through MW3)had <br /> been installed as part of a subsurface,investigatiori of t e forxzler underground.storage tank(UST) <br /> and dispenser areas at-the site Monitoring�well'MW 1 was installed to a.depth of 29 feet_below - <br /> surface grade(bsg)and wellsMW2-andMW3 were installed to depths'of 30 feet bsg.It was required <br /> that the monitoring wells be destroyed(abdndoned)before final closure at the site-would be granted. <br /> PROCEDURES.. <br /> Well destruction activities were perfortned on•01 July 004 by Mitchell:Drilling Environmental"of <br /> Rancho Cordova.
