PREPARATION OF REPORT OF FINDINGS <br /> Following eachground water monitoring event; a quarterly report will be prepared presenting the <br /> findings-Each report will include a description o fwork p erformed and the results of the groundwater <br /> sampling and'analysis. Laboratory reports for,ground water analyses; testing methods,,laboratory <br /> quality assurancelquality'control(QA/QC)reports,ands ample chain of custody documentation will <br /> be presented.in the quarterly report. Conclusions and i ecommendations will also be included, if. <br /> applicable.The report will be in.a format acceptable td the PHS=EHD and the CVRWQCB,and will <br /> be reviewed and signed by a California Registered Geo ogist. " <br /> 4.0. FIELD PROCEDURES . <br /> All field procedures will be overseen by an AGE representative under the supervision of a California <br /> Registered Geologist. Procedures for the advancement of soil boring's, soil sampling, ground water <br /> sampling, monitoring well installation and.development, equipment decontamination, and sample . <br /> shipment are outlined below.. <br /> 4..1.
