SAMPLING AND <br /> REPORTING <br /> ASE is currently under contract to perform quarterly operation and <br /> maintenance (O&M) activities and collect samples and prepare a report <br /> every 3 months to determine the effectiveness of the treatment system <br /> ASE will continue to visit the site periodically to check the performance of <br /> the system, backflush the carbon canisters, if necessary, and repair any <br /> problems that arise <br /> ASE will continue to collect influent (pre-treatment), after air-strapping, <br /> and after carbon canister (post-treatment) water samples every three <br /> months for analysis of TPH-G, BTEX, the five fuel oxygenates, and lead <br /> scavengers by EPA Method 8260B ASE will prepare and issue a report in <br /> the following month that details the quarter's activities Should it b e <br /> determined that hydrocarbons are breaking-through the first carbon <br /> canister, ASE will replace that canister with a new one <br /> A copy of the quarterly report will go to the property owner, tenants, o u r <br /> client, and the appropriate regulatory agencies <br /> i <br /> _ 2_ <br />
