(O&M) activities in relation to the domestic well remediation system <br /> opetattng at the site <br /> The domestic well remediation system consists of three 250-pound <br /> granulated activated carbon (GAC) canisters plumbed to series <br /> Groundwater is pumped from the well, into the holding tank, then <br /> through the carbon canisters prior to entry into the houses on t h e <br /> property <br /> On February 27, 2002 ASE collected three water Samples as follows <br /> Sample Location Sample Id <br /> Drtectly from the well, pre-treatment 179313-INF-02-27-02 <br /> After treatment by the 1st carbon canister 17933-GAC 1 -02-27-02 <br /> After treatment by the 2nd carbon canister 17933-GAC2-02-27-02 <br /> The samples were placed within an ice chest containing wet ice while <br /> ti an,,ported to Kitf Analytical of Davis, Caltfot nta (ELAP# 2236) u n d e t <br /> chain of custody procedures The Samples were analyzed for total <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-G), benzene, toluene, <br /> ethylbenzene, and xylenes (collectively known as BTEX), the five fuel <br /> oxygenates, and lead scavengers by EPA Method 8260B A copy of the <br /> analytical report is attached to Appendix A <br /> - 1 - <br /> 208 W El Pinfado Danville California 9A526 • 925 820-9391 • Fax 925 8374853 <br />
