SANJ O A Q U I ` ,I�,II Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> TUNE UP&ALIGNMENT SPECIALISTS 3909 N WEST LN, STOCKTON September 25, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from 2017-2018 for hazardous wastes including used oil, <br /> used antifreeze and used oil filters were not found on site during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from 2017-2018 and <br /> maintain them on site. Provide a copy of the consolidated manifest receipts and a corrective action statement to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 505 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label stationary hazardous waste tanks. <br /> OBSERVATION: The hazardous waste tanks for storing used oil and antifreeze did not have complete labeling. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words"Hazardous Waste"and the <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by the Owner Steven Taing while <br /> inspector was on site.
