ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered into in the County of San Joaquin, State of <br /> California, by and between Frank Gurnta, Jr, hereinafter called "Gurnta" and Anita <br /> Cassady hereinafter called "Owner" <br /> Whereas, Owner owns real property in the County of San Joaquin, State of <br /> California, known commonly as 17926 Airport Way, Manteca, California located <br /> within 1200 Feet of the property owned by Guwnta located at 2072 W Yosemite <br /> Ave, Manteca, California, <br /> Whereas, said property belonging to Owner has been impacted by MTBE <br /> contamination, <br /> Whereas, it is Owner's desire that all reasonable efforts be made for remediation <br /> of the conditions upon said property, <br /> . Whereas, Gurnta has commenced a project of remediation under the supervision <br /> and direction of the County of San Joaquin, Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division and The State of California Department of Water <br /> Resources with regards any such contamination, <br /> Whereas it is necessary to access the property of Owner to investigate, collect <br /> soil and water samples, <br /> Whereas, consultants and contractors of Guinta, including but not limited to Aqua <br /> Science Engineers, Inc , will accomplish such investigation and analysis and this <br /> Agreement shall extend to the consultants and contractors hired by Gurnta <br /> NOW THEREFORE, Owner agrees to permit access and consents to the <br /> following actimbes on or under the property located at 17926 Airport Way, <br /> Manteca, California <br /> VIDEO AND ELECTRIC LOGGING WELLS <br /> There is a need to collect information on the construction of water wells on your <br /> property This will be accomplished by opening the well, removing the pump and <br /> other obstructions, cleaning silt and other material from the casing walls and <br /> lowering a video camera and/or electronic logging equipment into your well <br /> Following the collection of this data, the pump will then be reinstalled into the <br /> • well As a condition for you grant us access to conduct this work, Gurnta agree <br /> to repair any damage to the your pump or piping related to the completion of this <br />
