The two <br /> west side culverts have been removed and plugged to prevent any <br /> possibility of discharge into the South San Joaquin Irrigation <br /> District drain. <br /> The City staff is compiling a technical plan outlining interim <br /> measures that we will use to provide for disposal of the sewage <br /> effluent while the additions are being made to the treatment <br /> facilities .
