Footnote 7 on page 32 of Order No. R5-2004-0028 is deleted. <br /> 3. The following sentence is added as the first sentence of Footnote 6 on <br /> pages 30 through 32, and as the first sentence of Footnote 9 on page 34 of Order No. R5- <br /> 2004-0028: "Compliance with the effluent limitations for aluminum specified in this order shall <br /> be determined using acid soluble methods of measurement." <br /> 4. Paragraph 8 on page 35 of Order R5-2004-0028 is revised to read as follows: <br /> "Effective 1 February 2009, and in compliance with provisions 1 and 4,the 30-day average dry <br /> weather discharge flow shall not exceed 9.87 million gallons per day less the amount of treated <br /> wastewater from the wastewater quality control facility that is disposed of on land at agronomic <br /> rates. All discharges shall be during periods when there is a net downstream flow of 0.5 foot per <br /> second or more at the point of discharge." <br /> 5. Paragraph 4.b. on page 44 of Order R5-2004-0028 is revised to read as <br /> follows: "The discharger shall demonstrate the ability to store effluent and discharge to surface <br /> waters only during periods when there is a net downstream flow of 0.5 foot per second at the <br /> point of discharge." <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that: <br /> 1. The findings and revised effluent limitations contained in this order shall be <br /> considered a part of the waste discharge requirements and NPDES permit for the wastewater <br /> quality control facility operated by the City of Manteca as set forth in Order No. R5-2004-0028. <br /> Except as revised in this order, the effluent limitations of Order No. R5-2004-0028 remain in <br /> effect. <br /> 23. <br />
