Owners/operators shall remove all visible carryout and <br /> trackout at the end of each workday. <br /> 19. An owner/operator of any site with 150 or more vehicle trips <br /> per day,or 20 or more vehicle trips per day by vehicles with <br /> three or more axles shall take the actions for the prevention <br /> and mitigation of carryout and trackout. <br /> 20. Within urban areas,an owner/operator shall prevent <br /> carryout and trackout,or immediately remove carryout and <br /> trackout when it extends 50 feet or more from the nearest <br /> unpaved surface exit point of a site. <br /> 21. Within rural areas,construction projects 10 acres or more in <br /> size,an owner/operator shall prevent carryout and trackout, <br /> or immediately remove carryout and trackout when it <br /> extends 50 feet or more from the nearest unpaved surface <br /> v exit point of a site. <br /> p22. For sites with paved interior roads,an owner/operator shall <br /> T prevent and mitigate carryout and trackout. <br /> Q23. Cleanup of carryout and trackout shall be accomplished by <br /> n manually sweeping and picking-up;or operating a rotary <br /> m brush or broom accompanied or preceded by sufficient <br /> o wetting to limit VDE to 20%opacity;or operating a PM 10- <br /> efficient street sweeper that has a pick-up efficiency of at <br /> least 80%;or flushing with water,if curbs or gutters are not <br /> present and where the use of water would not result as a <br /> source of trackout material or result in adverse impacts on <br /> N storm water drainage systems or violate any National <br /> o v Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit program. <br /> 24. An owner/operator shall submit a Dust Control Plan to the <br /> Cn <br /> v Cn <br /> M Air Pollution Control Officer(APCO)prior to the start of <br /> v �u <br /> LTS=Less than Significant S=Significant PS=Potentially Significant SU=Significant and Unavoidable <br />
