All <br /> remediation work must be completed within 90 days after the approval of the work plan. <br /> ❑ Submittal of the Preliminary Site Assessment Report describing the scope of work performed and the <br /> results of the post remediation sampling. <br /> All enforcement and oversight costs incurred by the EHD are the responsibility of the owner (H&S <br /> Code Section 25400.46).
