(IMG 7327-8) <br /> a.A container of Garnier Skin Active Micellar Cleansing Water was found leaking out of a bag and into the Oxidizer <br /> (OX) HW tote. <br /> b. Two 12 fl oz bottles of ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid Diphenhydramine HCI were found in the OX HW tote, <br /> although over-the-counter medicine is classified as Toxics and State(TX&ST)HW, according to the label on the TX& <br /> ST HW tote and the Quick Ref. Guide. (IMG 7309-11, 7313, 7357) <br /> c.A 1.7 oz container of Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel Hyaluronic Acid face moisturizer was found in the OX <br /> HW tote. <br /> d.A nearly empty 33.8 oz bottle of Fabuloso Multi-Purpose Cleaner was found leaking into a bag in the OX HW <br /> tote without absorbent. <br /> e.A 13.5 oz bottle of Lila Grace Hand Soap was found in the OX HW tote, although soaps are classified as TX& <br /> ST HW according to the Quick Ref. Guide and the TX&ST HW tote label. (IMG 7311, 7322-3). <br /> -Only solid was marked as the physical state on the CB HW tote label, although Dawn liquid dish soap was found in <br /> the CB HW tote. (IMG 7340-1) <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Notes: <br /> -Violation 301, on the inspection report, replaced violation 102, which was on the inspection checklist. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
