Yosemite Street <br /> I <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department`(EHD) has reviewed the letter from <br /> your consultant, Advanced GeoEnvironmental Inc., dated I February 16, 2009, for the above <br /> subject site and discussed the site with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CVRWQCB). <br /> The letter recommends that a no further action required determination be made for the site. The <br /> EHD concurs that the contaminant plume is stable and declining. Please submit a no further <br /> action report as described in the Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations Appendix A. <br /> Include in the report a discussion of the excavation of contaminated soil from the former <br /> underground storage tank area that occurred in January 2001 for which a report was never <br /> submitted.
