Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to facility and spoke to the manager. <br /> Manager was not aware of complaint prior to my visit. <br /> I observed flooring areas that need detail cleaning around equipment corners of sales floor equipment. <br /> Clean and sanitize areas. <br /> I did not observe a "bad smell" and facility was not"very crowded"during inspection. <br /> Per manager there are announcements made over the speaker regarding social distancing. <br /> I observed taped flooring to indicate where customers should stand at cash register lines. <br /> Manager also states that facility allows customers 101(max) persons at a time. <br /> Once that capacity is achieved a line is formed outside and customers have to wait their turn to enter the facility. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
