However,the metals analysis is incomplete since <br /> the Copper amount found is 665 mg/kg. Since this amount is greater than 250 mg/kg which means you should have the <br /> lab do a STLC test on the sludge sample. The STLC test will show if the sample will leach more than 25 mg/kg when <br /> exposed to a weak acid. <br /> So,to close violation 102 and do a complete hazardous waste determination, have the lab do a STLC test for copper. <br /> Thank you, <br /> Garrett Backus, Ld.
