In order to meet our requirement for the no further action letter we <br /> require the work plan to include the following: <br /> 1. Clean up goal <br /> 2. Disposal and hauler contractor <br /> 3. Lateral and vertical extent <br /> 4. Location of sample on grid form. Inside pit (25ft x 25ft) and outside pit (50ft x 50ft). <br /> 5. The subject of the email didn't include the attached work plan so I just <br /> wanted to clarify the email with you. You listed four items for an addendum to include. I Just want to <br /> clarify, you reviewed the Preliminary Site Investigation Work Plan dated 02 April 2018 (attached) and <br /> the four items are your comments? I would reply to the actual email but he didn't send it to me, he just <br /> came in and handed it to me. <br /> I wanted to clarify because the plan proposes collecting soil samples from trenches and not <br /> excavated areas at the site. The site had previously been excavated with contaminated soil removed <br /> and disposed. Comment 4 states grid pattern sampling for a 25ft x 25ft area and 50ft x 50ft area. <br /> 1 <br />
