LABORATORY ANALYSIS <br />Soil samples were transported under chain -of -custody to Enviro-Chem Inc. (ECI), a <br />California Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP)-certified laboratory, <br />located in Pomona, California. Selected soil samples were analyzed for the following <br />constituents: <br />• Total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline, diesel, and motor oil (TPH-g, <br />TPH-d, TPH-mo) in accordance with EPA method 8015B. <br />• Title 22 Metals (CAM 17) for Total Threshold Limit Concentration (TTLC) analysis <br />in accordance with EPA methods 6010B and 7471 A. <br />• Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in accordance with EPA Method 8260B. <br />• Semi -volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) in accordance with EPA method <br />8270C. <br />• Polychlorinated bi-phenols (PCBs) in accordance with EPA Method 8082. <br />• Chromium (Cr) and lead (Pb) for Soluble Threshold Limit Concentration (STLC) <br />analysis in accordance with EPA methods 6010B. <br />During the 14 and 31 August and 01 November 2018 investigation, a total of 33 soil <br />samples were collected and submitted to ECI (SP -2 and SP -3 were composited); 24 of <br />the soil samples were analyzed and the remaining samples were held at the lab for <br />analysis if necessary.
