(AGI) has prepared this Addendum to Revised Site
Assessment Report (Addendum) to summarize and document soil sampling and waste
disposal activities performed at 1640 North Broadway, Stockton, California (site or subject
property) between December 2018 and March 2019.
Site background information and results from previous investigations were included in the
Revised Site Assessment Report dated 13 November 2018. The site and surrounding
area are illustrated in Figure 1. On-site structures and soil excavation/potholing locations
are illustrated in Figure 2 and all soil sampling locations are depicted in Figure 3.
1.0. SOIL SAMPLING PROCEDURES AND LABORATORY ANALYSIS
DECEMBER 2018
On 11 December 2018, a confirmation soil sample (CS -5.5) was collected at 5.5 feet
below surface grade (bsg) from the main excavation area (B-5) under the supervision of
the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The soil sample was
collected as recommended in the Revised Site Assessment Report to confirm delineation
of the vertical extent of total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) in soil. The soil sample was
collected using a slide hammer loaded with one 2 -inch by 6 -inch steel sleeve. Following
sample collection, the ends of the steel sleeve were covered with Teflon, capped, and
sealed with tape. The sample sleeve was labeled with sample location, designation, time,
date and sampler's initials and then placed in a chilled container with ice and transported
under chain -of -custody to Enviro-Chem Inc.
