Lor Xiong [EH]
From: Rene M.Toth <RToth@advgeoenv.com>
Sent: Tuesday, September 25, 2018 4:18 PM
To: Lor Xiong [EH]
Cc: Brian W. Millman
Subject: RE: 1640 North Broadway, Stockton, CA - Global Materials Management - Preliminary
Site Inv.Work Plan
Attachments: Figure 2 - Sample Location SP.PDF; Figure 1 - General SP.PDF;Table 1 GMM Soil TTLC
Metals - 0118.pdf
Lor,
AGE is working on the report for the excavation work that was performed at the property located at
1640 Broadway Avenue in Stockton.
In the Work Plan submitted to you on 30 July 2018, AGE states that excavated material will either be
backfilled or properly disposed of once analytical data is obtained. For now, AGE would like to gain
approval from SJCEHD to backfill the soil that was removed from soil sample locations S-7 through
S-11 due to no petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH-d and TPB-mo) impact in these areas. Attached you will
find a table (Table 1) which summarizes the analytical data collected from the site, and two site plans.
The site plans show exact locations of each excavated area and sample points.
As you can imagine, the property owner is eager to get the site closed, so time is of importance here.
Please let us know if backfilling of materials into sample locations S-7 through S-11 is granted. We
hope to hear from you soon!
Regards,
AdvancedGeo
f- n irc)ni-n(-3I-) tE.)
An Emp1gwe-Owrwd Coinp.iny
Rene M.
