He said he would call me this afternoon. I told him I am out in the field tomorrow and am available on Thursday. After that I will be out of the office until January 16, 2018 and unavailable to do inspection. He said ok. 01/04/2018 Had not heard from Jay. I called him this afternoon. He said he finally got his PE 2229 HENRY 18 min truck fixed and he is loading up the scrap metal. I reminded him I would be out of SC 052 the office until the 16th-I had not heard from him on the 2nd or the 3rd as he had said he would call. Arranged for an inspection on the 16th at 9:00am. Requested for Jay to call and confirm that morning prior to inspection based on past history. He said he would. 01/16/2018 Received phone call from Jay canceling our inspection today. he explained PE 2229 HENRY 30 min everything has been removed from the property but he has not had time to get all SC 052 of the paperwork together. 01/18/2018 Closure inspection, sampling PE 2229 HENRY 120 min SC 052 01/25/2018 Sample prep for GeoAnalytical PE 2229 HENRY 60 min SC 052 03/02/2018 Discussed analysis with Justin Knorr and Dylan Clark DTSC. Per Dylan he would PE 2229 HENRY 60 min have them clean-up to visual contamination gone or go into oversight program. I SC 052 asked if he thought DTSC would wantto oversee. he said if we had a program it would be quicker for property owner. Said ok. 03/05/2018 Received emails from Jay with attached manifests. Called Jay and asked for PE 2229 HENRY 60 min TSDF copies of manifests. He said he would get them for me. Explained I am still SC 052 waiting for final result from the lab but further clean-up will be required at the site. I told him I would get back to him when I have heard from the lab. Called GeoAnalytical. Per Mario I should have TCLP results by Wednesday, 3/7/18. 03/09/2018 Did not receive lab results from GeoAnalytical yet(was supposed to receive 3/7). PE 2229 HENRY 30 min Sent email and called them. SC 002 03/12/2018 Jeff Wong discussing location of septic tank, leach lines, contamination remains PE 2229 HENRY 60 min from sampling land use issues for this property. Jeff sent me LU site plans SC 002 showing proposed location for septic. It looks like where the intend to install new septic is where heaviest contamination remains. 03/13/2018 Received lab analysis indicated ND for Lead and Chrome for TCLP. Filed.
