Prepare a report of the work. <br /> COM2VIENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Submit two Environmental Health Department(EHD)well permit applications and$89 permit fees <br /> (boring/well in City of Manteca property will be on a separate permit). Also,submit to EHD a copy <br /> of the encroachment permit from the City:Once the well permits have been approved,notify EHD of I <br /> the proposed schedule for the work. <br /> 2. Soil samples should be collected the entire depth of the boring,including beneath groundwater for <br /> vertical soil contamination delineation. <br /> t <br /> 3. Analyze some soil and all water samples for 1,2 DCA and EDB as well as the analytes listed. <br /> 4. Analytical data must be electronically transmitted to Geotiacker as well as the latitude and longitude <br /> of the location where the samples were collected. <br /> 5. Please be advised that groundwater depth may be as shallow as 15 feet below ground surface at times, <br /> so further consideration of the proposed well screen intervals is recommended.
