For your information, please find enclosed a work agreement <br /> prepared by our Environmental Consulting Firm. Geological-Iechnics, Inc.(GTI). As you will note, the <br /> work agreement provides a complete Scope of Work as well as the eorrespondmg Opinion of Costs <br /> relative to this project. <br /> Based on our previous discussions; the Buyer shall incur the costs for said environmental <br /> consulting work that is estimated at$6,070.00.Should the Buyer elect to purchase the property,the Buyer <br /> shall receive a credit at the close of escrow equal to one-half of:he total environmental consulting costs <br /> defined in.the GTI work agreement. Should the Buyer elect not to purchase the property.the Buyer shall <br /> assume all expenses associated with the environmental consulting costs defined in the GTI work <br /> agreement. Please be advised that the soil testing will require GTI to obtain per*.nits from San Joaquin <br /> County Department of Public Service and Environmental Health'and the test results will become public <br /> information.
