The work plan approved by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
(EHD) had proposed destroying MW-2 by drilling out the well casing to original well boring depth. Noting that the
soil and groundwater data for MW-2 indicate a history of non-detect concentrations of chemicals of concern, the
EHD approves the destruction of MW-2 by pressure grouting. Please'apply at least 25 pounds of pressure per
square inch (psi) for at least ten minutes when destroying MW-2. Thank you.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County.
Environmental Health Department
600 East Main Street
Stockton,California 95202
Phone: (209)468-9852
Fax: (209)468-3433
Email: vm_ccartnev c 5jcehd.com
3/2/2012
