I'm looking into
low we missed this denial, but in the mean time we will correct the report and re-submit it to
Geotracker.
Thanks
Joe "
From: Vicki McCartney [EH] [mailto:vmccartney@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Friday, October 15, 2010 11:52 AM
To: Neely, Joe.
Subject: RE: Former,Shell @ 1160 W. Yosemite, Manteca
Joe:
I did provide an explanation when I denied Site Investigation Report in GeoTracker.
I looked through the.report and.have listed the corrections below:
On the first page, under EXECUTIVE SUMMARY, the first bullet states that"Borings CPT-2 and CPT-3 were
drilled to assess the horizontal extent of impacted soil and groundwater north of the site." Instead, CPT-3 and
CPT-4 were drilled to assess impacted soil and groundwater to the north, and CPT-2 (not CPT-4)was drilled to
assess impacted soil and groundwater to the east.
I
Under CONCLUSIONS, please complete the sentence"No other gasoline constituents were.detected at or above
the laboratory reporting limits in groundwater samples collected from boring CPT-?."
i
The rest of the corrections have to do with Table 1 submitted.by Gregg Drilling and CRA may not be able to revise
this table. Under the column titled "Depth of Groundwater Samples (Feet)", the depth for collecting groundwater.
samples from CPT-02 was 20 feet, and the depth for collecting groundwater samples from CPT-03 was 22 feet.
Also, under the column titled "Depth of Soil Samples (Feet)"there is one correction. No soil sample was collected
at 11 feet from soil boring CPT-03..
I
If you can't revise the table submitted by Gregg, then just correct what you can and resubmit the report and I will
receive the revised Site Investigation Report. Please let me know when the report has been uploaded to
GeoTracker.
Thank you, Joe.
Vicki McCartney, Senior RENS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
600 East Main Street
Stockton, California 95202
Phone: (209)468-9852
Fax: (209)468-3433
Email: vmccartney@,sjcehd.com
' 10/15/2010
i
