For 108, after a discussion between our department's Enforcement Coordinator and DTSC,our department will continue <br /> to follow DTSC's current position that the empty warfarin containers should be counted toward the facility's generator <br /> status, until and if DTSC changes their position on this issue.Thus,violation 108 will stand for this facility and the other <br /> Walgreens facilities that were cited this violation, until the violation is corrected.
