08 September 2000 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 97-0333 <br /> Page 2 of 3 r <br /> City of Manteca Well No 9 is operational, the well is located at 613 El Capitan Avenue, <br /> approximately 3,200 feet southwest of the site at Yosemite Village Park at the intersection <br /> of Portal Avenue and Tenaya Court <br /> Ms Martin provided AGE with a map titled City of Manteca Water Well Locations (Appendix A), <br /> published in June 1996 by CMPWD The map did not indicate any other municipal wells maintained <br /> by the CMPWD located within 2,000 feet of the site A summary of all municipal wells located from <br /> the Cal Water map is included in Table 1 and on Figure 3 <br /> On 18 August 2000, a representative of AGE performed a reconnaissance of visually observable <br /> potential sensitive receptors located within a 2,000-foot radius of the above referenced site During <br /> the reconnaissance, the following sensitive receptors were located near the site <br /> • One municipal water well (Well No 4),mentioned above,was observed approximately 200 <br /> feet north of the intersection of Yosemite Avenue and Almond <br /> Ten ground water monitoring wells were located at 151 South Main Street <br /> • Four ground water monitoring wells were located at 419 South Main Street <br /> No other visible potential receptors were noted during the reconnaissance During the <br /> reconnaissance, a door-to-door survey was conducted from residential properties to locate domestic <br /> eater wells, no domestic water wells were located during the door-to-door survey A summary of <br /> all visually observed xNells located dunng the reconnaissance is included in Table 1 and Figure 3 <br /> On 15 August 2000, a representative of AGE conducted a search at the California Department of <br /> Water Resources of well dnllers reports for water wells located in the surrounding area Dnllers <br /> reports for water wells located within a mile-radius were found for the following <br /> • City of Manteca municipal water well No 4 mentioned above was observed approximately <br /> 200 feet north of the intersection of Yosemite Avenue and Almond <br /> • City of Manteca municipal water well No 3 mentioned above was located approximately i <br /> 3,000 feet northeast of the site at Hildenbrand Park on Garfield Avenue between Fn Street <br /> i <br /> and Center Street � <br /> • F ourteen ground \�atu monitoring �N ells located at 229 %loffat Boulck and (Golden U air <br /> Macaroni) <br /> Idtuacdl.ru�mrrnnnrur�t' � E <br /> 3 <br /> ay <br /> 1 <br />
