A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without a hazardous waste ID number. Go to the DTSC web site http://www.dtsc.ca.gov/IDManifest/PERMHWID.cfm for the form to reactivate the ID number. Immediately reactivate your State ID number and submit evidence to the EHD. This is a minor violation. 102 CCR 66262.11 Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste or retain waste analysis on site for 3 years. A white jug of oily liquid was observed behind the dispenser just west of the fuel tanks and a 55 gallon drum of unidentified liquid was observed just outside the northeast corner of the tank secondary. Ms. Kachadorian stated the drum may be a DEF waste liquid. No hazardous waste determination has been made for either of these wastes. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for these wastes and manage them according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how these wastes were managed. This is a minor violation.
