An open leaking container of Comet Bleach Powder, which leaked out into the bottom of the cardboard box. <br /> x. An open partially filled 32 fl oz container of Spa Soap Cream Soap,which was missing its cap. <br /> y.An open seemingly empty 32 fl oz container of Tile Plus Mold and Mildew Stain Remover,which was missing its <br /> cap. <br /> z.An open seemingly empty Silkience Salon Series 2 in 1 Shampoo&Conditioner,which was missing its cap. <br /> There was no used absorbent or spill clean-up material found to account for the missing liquids and solids from the <br /> seemingly empty and partially empty items mentioned above. Ryan did not know what happened to the missing <br /> liquids and solids. Ryan stated these items had been sitting there for three or four days, but believed the items would <br /> ultimately be processed as HW. <br /> 4.The following items were found in or next to the second of two open cardboard boxes,which were sitting on a pallet <br /> that was located on the floor next to the cardboard bailer.A sign posted on the wall above the items read"Damages <br /> No Trash,"and was marked with an arrow pointing down toward the items(IMG 6791-6799): <br /> a. An open partially filled 20 fl. oz.bottle of LA's Totally Awesome All Purpose Concentrated Cleaner,which was <br /> missing its cap. <br /> b.A Shine+Finish Hair Spray aerosol can. <br /> c. A 10 fl oz bottle of Assured Hand Sanitizer with a broken cap. <br /> d. Five open bottles,some of which were partially empty, of White Rain Mens Body Wash. The body wash leaked <br /> out of the containers, and onto the inside of the box.The leak soaked through the bottom of the box and onto another <br /> cardboard box, and appeared to have leaked onto and under the pallet onto the floor. <br /> There was no used absorbent or spill clean-up material found to account for the missing liquids from the partially <br /> empty items mentioned above. Ryan did not know what happened to the missing liquids. Ryan stated these items had <br /> been sitting there for three or four days, but believed the items would ultimately be processed as HW. <br /> 5.The following items were found underneath the pallet on the floor(IMG 6800-2, 6807-9): <br /> a.A bottle partially filled with an unknown blue liquid. <br /> b.An Old Spice deodorant stick <br /> c.An open partially filled 3 fl oz bottle of Aleene's Tacky Glue,which was missing its cap and had dry glue leaking <br /> out of the bottle. <br /> d.An 8 fl oz bottle of Daily Defense Micellar Cleansing Water. <br /> There was no used absorbent or spill clean-up material found to account for the missing liquids from the partially <br /> empty items mentioned above. Ryan did not know what happened to the missing liquids. Ryan stated these items had <br /> been sitting there for three or four days, but believed the items would ultimately be processed as HW. <br /> 6.What appeared to be a dried spill of an unknown blue liquid and staining from another spill,were found in an aisle in <br /> the store's back storage area, next to a shelf containing stacks of product boxes.A cap that appeared to be from a <br /> dish soap container was found on the blue liquid spill.The inside of the cap contained the blue liquid. Above the <br /> stacks of product boxes was an opening that leads to the store's sales shelves which contained various cleaning <br /> products. Some of the cleaning products were seen to have fallen over onto the product boxes, and potentially could <br /> fall onto the ground causing further spills.
