During your visit,you brought a few items to our attention.We have noted each issue below with our plan to address them. 11 Alleged Violation: CCR 2712 Failure to comply with UST operating permit conditions. On 07/12/18,AlltechPetro replaced the Veeder root 323 sensor in the 87 Vent sump,and the Veeder root 304 brine sensor in under dispenser containment(UDC)11/12 and no notification was sent to EHD. On 11/15/17,AlltechPetro replaced an L3 91-annular sensor,and no notification was sent to EHD. On 9/23/17,an L26 brine sensor in UDC 11/12 was replaced by Elite IV with no notification sent to EHD. Response:We have confirmed with both Alltech Petro and Elite IV that all repairs above involved"like for like"sensor replacement by a certified Veeder Root technician.It is our understanding that this requires no permit or notification to EHD. Please see attached work orders related to each repair. 2)Alleged Violation:CCR 2715(i)(1)Failure to possess current contractor licensing requirements.AlltechPetro contractor license it623541,according to the State Contractor License Board,indicates an expiration date of 09/30/2017. Response:Isaac Anderson of Alltech Petro advised that the contractor licensing renewal was submitted in September of 2017 and fees were retained,so the contractor understood that the renewal had been accepted and that current licensing was in effect. Since this issue was raised during the 8/14/2018 inspection, Mr.Anderson has been investigating the matter with the Contractors' Board to confirm what needs to be done to secure effective back-dated licensing. Mr.Anderson is awaiting a call back today and will update all,accordingly. Please let me know if there is anything we may have overlooked,or if you would like any additional information.We would like to be sure we have addressed all of your concerns.In addition,we respectfully request confirmation(via email,phone call or written correspondence)that our location has resolved any concerns or violations and(for all violation issues raised)have obtained"Returned to Compliance"for our records.
