Looked inside <br /> all sumps and UDCs. Verified sensor locations and piping communication. Verified spill bucket 5 gallon capacity. <br /> The paperwork inspection was conducted later in the day on 5/7/19. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator at the time of inspection.
