AFTER MICROWAVING, THE INTERIOR OF THE BURRITO WAS GREEN / MOLDY. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />Deli Fresh display -- 38.00º F <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Manager on duty is not aware of the complaint. <br />Don Miguel "shredded beef with green chiles and 3 cheeses" burritos are pre-packaged and received frozen from McLane. <br />Upon delivery from McLane, burritos are maintained frozen in the freezer until pulled from the freezer to the Deli Fresh <br />customer Grab & Go display. Customer then re-heats the burrito on-site or off-site following purchase. <br />Burritos at Deli-Fresh display this date are tagged with Best By Dates of 10-16 & 10-20. <br />When opened, the two burritos tagged with a date of 10-16 had mold on them. The 4 burritos dated 10-20 did not have mold. <br />All 6 burritos were discarded. <br />The facility's SOP is to date frozen burritos 28 days out from date removed from freezer. Refrigeration temperature is in <br />compliance. <br />No signature obtained / COVID-19 <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
