All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Follow up inspection on complaint inspection conducted on 07/28/2020 <br />As per Store Manager, staff training was conducted the same day of the complaint inspection after he talked to corporate <br />office to provide him with materials to conduct the training. <br />They decide to do refreshing training on monthly basis to all staff. <br />During my inspection, I observe employees washing hand with hot water and soap between tasks. <br />Hand wash station has hot water 100F and more and fully supplied with soap and paper towels. <br />No more re inspection required. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
