All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> #12 pH Level MAJOR <br /> OBSERVATIONS:PH at 8.Adjust to between 7.2 to 7.8. One gallon of acid was added to the pool to adjust. Chemicals <br /> must be maintained when the pool available for use. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall maintain pH between 7.2 and 7.8. (CCR 65530) <br /> #7 Pool Deck <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The mastic between the deck and the coping is dried thereby creating a gap. Some expansion boards <br /> are loose and may stick out thereby creating tripping hazards. Repair within a week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An unobstructed 4-foot wide deck of concrete or like material shall be provided and maintained flush with the <br /> top of the pool coping. Deck shall extend completely around the pool and shall further extend 4 feet on both sides and to the rear of any <br /> diving board,ADA device, or slide. (CBC 31148)Pool operator shall keep the pool deck well maintained. (CCR 65535) <br /> #15 Operation Records <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The chemicals are only being recorded by service company. Ph and chlorine must be tested daily and <br /> recorded. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual,pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. <br /> Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as <br /> necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results <br /> for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request.
