The system will be located on the grounds <br /> surrounding the existing building and will consist of two(2) non-storage canopies and one(1)non-storage ground mounted <br /> array. Existing oleander bushes and fencing adjacent to the photovoltaic system will be replaced with six(6)foot chain link <br /> fencing with three(3) strands of barbed wire and climbing vines (Solanum jasminoides)from the list of approved plants in <br /> the Stockton Metropolitan Airport Special Purpose Plan -Air Metro Park Addendum. During construction and for purposes <br /> of maintenance, the site will be accessed from a driveway on Longe Street. No additional water, sewer, or storm drainage <br /> is proposed for the site. The project site is not under a Williamson Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned AP-X(Airport Multi-Use) and the General Plan designation is AP/X (Airport Multi-Use). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the northeast corner of South Longe Street and East Stimson Road, <br /> within the boundaries of the Stockton Metropolitan Airport Air Metro Park-Planning Area 1, Stockton. (APN/Address: 177- <br /> 260-35/7910 South Longe Street, Stockton) (Supervisorial District: 1) <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: Recommendations and/or comments on this project must be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department no later than August 4, 2020.
