The proposed development includes:
1. A Zone Reclassification and Minor Subdivision to rezone a ten (10) acre parcel from AG-40
(General Agriculture, 40 acre minimum) to AL-5 (Limited Agriculture, 5 acre minimum); and
to subdivide the parcel into two (2) five (5) acre lots.
Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings:
1. Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability
for standard OWTS usage for future development on the proposed parcels, pursuant to San
Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d).
If you have any questions please contact Naseem Ahmed, Senior Registered Environmental Health
Specialist, Sr REHS, at nahmed@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3018
Muniappa Naidu, REHS
Assistant Director
CC: Eugene T.
