1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br />1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel totaling 40 acres, located at <br />16042 E. Baker Road, Linden, California. The project is in an agricultural community and is <br />zoned AG -40. The project Assessor's Parcel Number is 091-100-08. <br />Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to subdivide the existing <br />40 acre parcel into one parcel and an unsurveyed remainder. The proposed parcel would be <br />approximately 2.3 acres encompassing the existing house. <br />1.2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). <br />1.3 Site map: (See Appendix). <br />2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br />2.1 Discussion of Past, Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The present owner, <br />Andrew Lagomarsino, has owned this property for l0+years and the property has been in his family <br />for much longer. The past and present uses of the property have been for agriculture and residential <br />purposes. The proposed project would not change the existing uses. <br />3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br />3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create <br />two 5.0 acre parcels. (See Appendix) <br />3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for septic permits revealed permits for this parcel. <br />(See Appendix) <br />3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: There is no history of septic repair/addition. (See <br />Appendix) <br />3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br />general area consists of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br />pits. The Environmental Health Records regarding the site's well mention the approximate location <br />and size, but no specific data is provided. The owners of the property do not have any records of <br />the on-site septic system type, besides knowing it is a 1,000 gallon septic tank. They have no <br />records or knowledge of the system type or age other than it was probably built pre -1960. They <br />have no repair records. <br />3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, <br />permit numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area range <br />in installation dates from 1973 to 2016. (Copies of permits are in index.) <br />3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic systems <br />in this area reveal that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring <br />performance.
