I have reviewed what you have submitted so far on February 15, <br /> 2014 and March 14, 2014 and the following information is required: <br /> 1. The terms of the proposed mechanism (period covered, renewal/extension, <br /> cancellation, deposit agreement, fee schedule, etc.). <br /> 2. For the CD to be accepted the following language needs to be on the slip <br /> and/or deposit agreement: <br /> "The customer may not withdraw funds from the account referred to in this <br /> certificate unless the certificate is presented to us with the endorsement of the <br /> person to whom the certificate is pledged." <br /> 3. Interest should be kept in the account to help offset inflation. <br /> 4.
