The waste is treated in elementary neutralization units, as defined in 40 CFR Part 260.10, and discharged to a <br /> POTW/sewering agency or under an NPDES permit. 40 CFR 264.1(g)(6) and 40 CFR 270.2. <br /> ❑ 4. The waste is treated in a totally enclosed treatment facility as defined in 40 CFR Part 260.10;40 CFR 264.1(g)(5). <br /> ❑ 5.
